Engineering Specialist (Fresh Grad Welcome) US MNC Night Shift

Position: Engineering Specialist
Employment Type: Permanent Role
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Shift-Based (Permanent Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
• Support process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly
• Monitor production yield and support troubleshooting of process issues
• Conduct data analysis and assist in root cause identification
• Implement containment actions when process excursions occur
• Support engineers in process control, KPIV/KPOV monitoring, and reporting
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and stability

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome
• Able to work permanent night shift (3-2-2-3 rotation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in manufacturing / precision engineering is an advantage
