*ENTRY LEVEL* Production/ Manufacturing Engineer (Medical) #HCG

Job Scope

• Support daily production operations to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
• Monitor product quality and assist with investigations of defects.
• Work with technicians and operators to improve production efficiency.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare and update production documents, work instructions, and reports.
• Support equipment maintenance, validation, and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and engineering activities.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Open to candidates without experience as training will be provided
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and support production activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
