Etch Shift Operation Lead

YOUR ROLE

• Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.

• Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.

• Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Any Degree in Engineering or similar 
• At less 5 years in Semiconductor Industry 
• Extensive knowledge of LAM (FLEX, 4520XLE, HPT, 96PTX, 94PTX/DFM, Rainbow) and AMAT (SuperE) Tools Types
