We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth operations of a multi-site healthcare environment. This role oversees facilities management, equipment maintenance, renovation projects, contractor performance, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all statutory, safety, and operational regulations.
Work closely with contractors and vendors on maintenance, repairs, and service delivery standards.
Support budget planning, outsourcing exercises, tender processes, and contract awards.
Develop, monitor, and review service KPIs to drive contractor accountability and performance.
Ensure preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and ad-hoc works are completed to required standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and vendor performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather user requirements for facilities enhancement works and ensure timely delivery within approved budget.
Support the maintenance and servicing of biomedical, physiotherapy, dental, and clinical equipment.
Coordinate repair schedules, preventive maintenance, and vendor servicing activities.
Manage renewals of equipment licences, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Coordinate project activities, meetings, and progress tracking for upgrading, renovation, and new works.
Prepare project proposals, budgets, cost estimates, and approval papers.
Ensure renovation and improvement works are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption.
Maintain project documentation including SOPs, drawings, schedules, databases, and status reports.
Process claims, invoices, and payment documentation while liaising with finance, consultants, and contractors.
Interpret plans, specifications, and contract terms for stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.
Support quotation / tender / RFP exercises, evaluation, and award recommendations.
Monitor project risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place to protect ongoing business operations.
Coordinate operational readiness across pre-construction, construction, handover, and post-completion phases.
Requirements
Min. Degree in Architecture, Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering (Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical), Building Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 0–3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, building management, project coordination, or infrastructure support.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software is advantageous.
Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, organised, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Positive attitude and strong team player mindset.
