Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC and industrial control systems to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maximize equipment uptime.
• Support and coordinate automation enhancement, system upgrade, and improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Diagnose system faults, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and process performance.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Mitsubishi PLC systems.
• Familiarity with ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems such as fire alarm, public address, access control, or CCTV systems.
• Experience working with field instruments, sensors, transmitters, and industrial control devices.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution, control panels, and electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
