Facilities Technician (1-year renewable contract/ No experience required)

Responsibilities

·       Operation ofFacilities equipment

·       Performpreventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when needed.

·       Execution ofmaintenance activities as per schedule

·       Execute& closure of MMS work orders.

·       ExecuteDaily Log Recording

·       Support toreview and revise Equipment/System checklist periodically

·       Response tooperations/equipment issues

·       Support allmanufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and upholdenvironment safety.

·       Support toexecute document change when needed.

·       SupportProjects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when needed.

·       MonitorEnvironmental parameters & System/Equipment performance through BuildingManagement System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)

·       Attend toOut-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areas.

·       Attend toany interruptions at the manufacturing and other related areas.

·       Able toperform simple problem solving with least guidance.

·       Able togenerate simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report.

·       Support on establishingPredictive Maintenance base Life Cycle Management plan.

·       Support onIdentifying, Procuring and Managing of critical spares for Equipment/System.

·       Able tosupport the Annual Plant Shutdown activity execution.

·       Generate Logtrending for Engineer to review.

Requirements

·       Preferablywith working experience in a cleanroom/manufacturing facilities environment

·       NITEC/HigherNitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
