Facility Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

• Ensure optimum reliability and functionality for facilities, grounds, manufacturing equipment, and fleet.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility maintenance
• Lead preventative maintenance programs. Develop
• maintenance procedures and schedules.
• To ensure maintenance work, repair work and construction projects are completed.
• Making sure building and facility are clean, well maintained through outsourced contractors in landscaping and cleaning.
• Perform diagnostics to mechanical or electrical problems and provide re-solution.
• Provide support to production / troubleshooting complex machinery failures.
• Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
• Ensures all company vehicles are within Department of Transportation compliance.
• Comprehend and interprets facility blueprints.
• Orders parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or retrieves from local storage and maintains spare parts inventory.
• Manages fire and security systems on and off site.
• Compliance to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• To meet standards of safety, quality, productivity,efficiency, 5S and budgetary goals for tools, scrap, etc.
• Internal department reporting and related ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Coordination skills to work with vendors and contractors.
• Certified and able to work at heights
• Able to learn and work with cross functional departments.
