Factory Manager

Scope

1.      Responsible for the profitability of a Factory with responsibility to design, make and deliver burn-in boards and PCB related module business.

2.     Responsible in Factory Operations excellence through building capacity, ensuring quality, cost control, and delivery excellence to achieve sales and profit target from Plant level.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      To develop new products and services opportunity to grow the business with minimum 10% expectations.

2.     To develop and implement manufacturing plans and objectives.

3.     To establish and monitor operational performance.

a.    Actual sales revenue and board quantity vs. forecast/budget.

b.    Labour efficiency and effectiveness.

c.    Operational cost and continual success of cost reduction.

d.    Net profitability of Factory.

e.    Quality performance index and initiate programs/projects to improve productivity

f.     Actual expensevs. planned budget

4.    Provide budget and develop capital plan for equipment purchases.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Must be a good communicator, have strong negotiation skills and technically inclined with experience in electronic manufacturing and PCB design knowledge.

Demonstrate integrity, honesty and self-motivation.

1.      Degree in Mathematics, Mechanical or EE

2.     10 – 15 years’ experience in semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing activities

3.     Some financial training or exposure in managing cost of operation is necessary
