Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support for customers’ ventilation system such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Cooling Towers etc.  You will be responsible for ensuring smooth fan operation through analysis, verification and trouble shooting. Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide on site technical support for customers, including setup and configuration of AHU/FCU/Cooling Tower fans.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve onsite failures, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

·      Manage technical and product-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

·      Collaborate with Sales team to reproduce and resolve technical issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with test measurement tools such as power loggers, airflow meters, and pressure sensors.
• Familiarity with HVAC/ACMV systems and fan technologies is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively as an individual.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
