Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to provide technical support and engineering expertise throughout the client’s journey. You will work closely with clients, the sales team, and project engineers to deliver innovative engineering solutions and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Prepare Project Execution Timeline (Installation phase)
• Support and oversee equipment installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to provide technical consultation and support.
• Diagnose equipment and process issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in field application, field service or automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; PLC or industrial automation knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as per project required.
