• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
• Skilled in deploying, testing, and maintaining autonomous or automated systems on-site.
• Proficient in Linux administration, scripting (Bash/Python), and troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Experienced in networking, security protocols, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills, driving technical issues to resolution.
• Team player; contributes to documentation, process improvements, and pre-sales or demo support.
