Overview
We are looking for a proactive Field Engineer to support project implementation and on-site activities in regulated manufacturing environments. This role involves providing technical support during equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation activities, while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at project sites for pharmaceutical or manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Coordinate and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist with validation activities such as IQ, OQ, and PQ, where applicable.
• Ensure all site work complies with engineering standards, safety practices, and GMP requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning and support timely resolution.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure effective coordination.
• Prepare site reports, commissioning records, and other technical documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance and system optimization activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a project site environment and travel when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
