Field Engineer (CCTV) Airport

Job Description & Requirements

1. Installation, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to:

• General security systems
• Alarm systems
• CCTV systems
• Access control systems

2. Troubleshoot problems encountered on site

3. Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems).

4. Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground

5. Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on servers, network devices, and security system software to ensure systems remain reliable and up-to-date

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ IT) or equivalent
• Valid CCNA certification is a must
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operational Technology/ Information Technology industry
• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
• In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.
• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
• IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
• Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
