Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor, entry level, shift hours)

Location: West (open to travel to customer site)

Working hours: 12 hours shift pattern, 8am to 8pm.

The Job:

• Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support.
• Train clients and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Advise customers on equipment upgrades or replacements when needed.
• Travel frequently to customer locations for service and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and improvements.
• Share field feedback to improve product design and service.

The Talent:

• Diploma or higher inElectrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2  years jobrelated experience
• Knowledge and skills inthe application of electrical engineering principles, processes and practices.
• Knowledge in regulations,codes and safety practices associated with electrical systems
• Knowledge of Office andengineering/technical related computer applications, databases and systems.
• Singaporeans only.
