Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor / Factory Automation / F4.0)

• On-site Semiconductor Fabs (Workplace - site based, mainly North & North-east region)
• Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,300 (Depending on Experience)
• Junior to Mid-Level | Field-Based Engineering Role

We are assisting to hire a Field Engineers / Assistant Engineers to support next-generation Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) systems in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

This is a high-growth technical role ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, system installation, troubleshooting, and real-world engineering exposure inside advanced semiconductor fabs.

No desk-bound routine — you will be working directly on-site with cutting-edge automation systems.

🔧 What You Will Be Doing

• Install, configure, and support Factory 4.0 / smart manufacturing systems

• Perform on-site system start-up, testing, and commissioning

• Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities

• Support daily engineering operations in semiconductor fab environments

• Work closely with engineers and customers to ensure smooth system performance

• Participate in project deployment in Singapore and occasional overseas sites

• Provide responsive technical support to ensure system uptime and customer satisfaction

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automation / Engineering

• 1–3+ years experience in engineering, automation, semiconductor, or field service roles

• Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are welcome to apply

• Exposure to Factory Automation / Industry 4.0 / Robotics System is a plus

• Comfortable working in cleanroom / industrial / semiconductor fab environment

• Willing to work on-site and handle hands-on technical tasks

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
