Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of engines at customer’s site.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records and related documentation accurately.
• Identify service opportunities and provide professional customer support.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to workplace safety, environmental and company policies.
• Attend training and support operational requirements, including emergency call-outs when necessary.

Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in engine maintenance, field service or related technical work
• Knowledge of marine, power generation or heavy equipment engines is preferred
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge and site leadership experience are advantageous
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Singaporean only need apply
