Fire Protection Engineer

Job Summary

Prepare and manage fire protection system drawings and construction projects, ensuring compliance with SCDF regulations and Singapore Fire Code. Oversee site operations and perform servicing, testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fire protection system drawings and submit plans accurately via the SCDF e-Submission system to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage fire protection construction projects by coordinating site operations and supervising contractors to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Use AutoCAD to create precise technical drawings that support fire protection system design and installation
• Install fire protection systems hands-on, ensuring adherence to safety and technical specifications
• Perform servicing, testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire protection systems to maintain operational reliability and compliance
• Apply knowledge of Singapore Fire Code and SCDF regulations to guide project execution and system maintenance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working with fire protection installation and maintenance contractors

Salary Range

• $3000 - $5000
• 5 days work week
