Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both frontend and backend systems to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative software solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and server-side applications
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver software solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Maintain technical documentation and software development standards
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services integration
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with software security best practices
• Experience with scalable and high-availability systems
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools
