What’s the role? 
To help us build upon our success, we are looking for a Full Stack ML Engineer to join our growing team and help improve the performance and scalability of our search systems

What will you be doing? 

• Build and improve the core LLM pipelines for our AI platform: fine-tuning pipelines, synthetic data generation pipelines, evaluation pipelines
• Design and generate high-quality datasets for training, benchmarking, and model improvement
• Run fast experiments, validate hypotheses, and turn promising ideas into production-ready solutions
• Work on challenging AI problems in e-commerce, including search, answering quality, and model behavior

Who are you?
We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve. Here are a few skills that we feel wouldmake you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if youfeel you’d be a great fit

• Strong engineering background in Python, proven in production environments
• Deep understanding of how modern language models work
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning
• Experience building data pipelines for training and evaluation
• Experience designing and running LLM evals
• Strong experimental mindset - able to move fast, iterate quickly, and test ideas in practice
• Startup mindset with high ownership and readiness to work across research and engineering boundaries
• AI-native approach to work and development

It would also be a plus if you have: 

• Experience with pretraining or continued pretraining
• Experience with RAG systems, reranking, or retrieval-based AI systems
• Experience in e-commerce AI, search relevance, or ranking systems
