General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the BU's strategic plans, business objectives, technology roadmap, and product portfolio in alignment with the Group's corporate strategy.
• Lead the overall business operations and assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Drive product innovation and oversee R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product lifecycle management to maintain technological and operational excellence.
• Develop global business and market expansion strategies, strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and enhance the Company's market position.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team by driving talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Establish effective operational, governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Represent the BU in executive-level engagements with customers, business partners, government authorities, industry associations, and the Group's senior leadership.
• Perform other strategic initiatives and responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors or CEO.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer electronics, XR/AR/VR, smart devices, or related technology industries, including at least 8 years in senior management or General Management roles.
• Proven track record of leading business units or large-scale organizations with full P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong knowledge of product management, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, financial management, and global business operations.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to drive innovation, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
