Project Background:
Located in Uige Province, Africa, this is a large-scale non-ferrous metal mining project. Currently, it employs approximately 160 Chinese staff and is in a phase of continuous development and capacity expansion.
Core Requirements:
1. Experience as a general manager of an overseas non-ferrous metal mine, possessing comprehensive mine production and operation management experience;
2. Background in mining, mineral processing, or geological mining, with technical background preferred;
3. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in operating and managing large-scale copper mines;
4. Mine management scale of at least 4,000 tons/day;
5. Familiar with mine production, safety, cost control, team management, and localized operations;
6. English proficiency is not a strict requirement, basic overseas communication skills are sufficient.
Preferred Candidates: Large-scale non-ferrous metal mining companies operating overseas, including copper, lead-zinc, and nickel mines. Special emphasis will be placed on project managers or general managers of mines with mature underground mining and beneficiation systems.
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above.
Priority will be given to candidates with majors in geological engineering, mining engineering, mineral processing engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
1. Over 15 years of experience in non-ferrous metal mining.
2. Experienced in core management positions such as general manager, executive vice president, or production vice president of an overseas non-ferrous metal mine.
3. Comprehensive experience in overseas mine operation and management, capable of independently managing the overall operation and management of a mine.
4. Experience in copper mine project management is preferred.
5. Experience managing mine projects with a daily processing capacity of 4000 tons (TPD) or more; larger-scale projects are preferred.
6. Familiar with the entire process of mine exploration, mining, and beneficiation operation and management.
7. Experience in African mining project management is preferred.
Professional Competencies
1. Solid background in geology, mining, or mineral processing.
2. Familiarity with underground mining and mineral processing production systems.
3. Strong production organization, cost control, and business management capabilities.
4. Familiarity with mine safety and environmental management systems and overseas mining operation models.
5. Ability to coordinate across departments and manage large teams.
Special Notes
1. Requires experience as a top manager in an overseas mine.
2. Copper mining background preferred.
3. Priority will be given to candidates with underground mining (mineral extraction) background.
4. Must possess mature experience in managing teams of both domestic and international staff.
Professional Competencies
Familiar with the entire process of mining project exploration, mining, beneficiation, smelting, and resource development.
Possess excellent business management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership abilities.
Possess strong cost control, production operation, and resource integration capabilities.
Familiar with mining industry laws and regulations, safety, environmental protection, and
ESG management requirements.
Possess strong risk control and crisis management capabilities.
Certifications
Priority will be given to candidates with a senior engineer or higher professional technical title. Priority will be given to candidates holding an International Competent Person in Mining or related international professional certifications.
Candidates holding professional qualifications such as Registered Mining Engineer or Registered Geological Engineer preferred
