Job Description & Requirements

The incumbent is responsible for all SII projects dailyoperations so to support the achievement of sales revenue and PBT targets. Inaddition, the incumbent is expected to work closely with Manager/Site Manager/Deputy Manager to successfully execute awarded projects.

JobDescription:

·      Execute the operational activities of the SII projects to bewithin budget so as to support the achievement of  the sales and PBTtarget:

-       Ensure compliance of SACat sites

-       Ensures that inspectionactivities are carried out according to standard methods 

-       Assist in preparing andreporting on resources  availability and reliability (e.g., manpower,equipment, etc)

-       Produce and controldaily production outputs; machine utilisation rate; time management

-       Liaise with clients toschedule daily site drilling and testing activities

-       Plan, co-ordinate groundinvestigation and operations

-       Planning and executingequipment maintenance and repair works

-       Implement safe workcontrol measures (e.g., mass tool-box meeting, conduct project generalinspections, conduct risk assessment, follow safe work procedures, safetyorientation & briefing, etc.)

-       Coach and guide staff onthe job

·      Prepare fieldinvestigation report:

-       Prepare/Check SI Borelogs, project coordination and geotechnical analysis

-       Carry out site in-situtests according to project requirements

-       Attend and resolveclients’ technical queries and feedback 

-       Collect the field testdata 

·      Execute the projectactivities within the timeframe: 

-       Co-ordinatesub-contractor of the projects

-       Assist in resourcesdeployment

-       Provide daily progress

-       Prepare and submitproject related documents

-       Site visits and meetings

-       Resolutions ofcomplaint, issues and feedback

-       Obtain the PTW(permit-to-work)

-       Check and arrange SICore Box and other samples in proper manner and send to office

·      Complete the project:

-       On time submission ofreports

-       Reinstatement workareas 

-       Assist in projectsign-off
