Head of Digital Experience Centers (DEX) – Zone Asia Pacific

Purpose of the Role:

The Head of Digital Experience Centres on Zone Asia Pacific drives the strategic vision and operational excellence of Siemens’ flagship Digital Experience Centres across the region. You will transform these immersive spaces into powerful sales catalysts that accelerate customer digital transformation, compress sales cycles, and secure Siemens as the partner of choice with following guiding principles:

·     Present customers how Siemens solutions work in practice, using real examples that connect directly to their challenges.

·     Foster collaborative spaces to listen, explore, and co-create customer solutions.

·     Deliver early value to accelerate customer decision-making cycles.

·     Ensure all exhibits reflect Digital Industries (DI) strategic direction and Zone AP priorities.

·     Utilize centralized content sources to guarantee global consistency.

·     Use data and KPIs to continuously optimize DEX impact.

Areas of Responsibility:

Strategic Ownership &Governance

·     Establish regional DEX focus areas matching industry needs and digital threads.

·     Determine optimal DEX locations, scopes, investments, and divestment strategies.

·     Represent Zone business interests directly on the Global DEX board.

·     Direct Local Country Bundle (LCB) teams to ensure cross-regional alignment.

Financial Stewardship &Performance

·     Plan and approve annual DEX budgets across the entire Zone Asia Pacific.

·     Set operational targets and monitor performance metrics monthly.

·     Gather sales and customer feedback to optimize DEX formats and infrastructure.

·     Track pipeline generation and customer engagement to maximize ROI.

Content Strategy &Regionalization

·     Align DEX content with regional strategy and standardize rollouts.

·     Manage timely content updates and facilitate cross-LCB customer visits.

·     Feed regional requirements for tools, formats, and content to global HQ.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

·     Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Automation, IT, or Business, combined with deep portfolio knowledge of industrial automation, digitalization, and digital twin software solutions.

·     Minimum4–7 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional, cross-regional, or virtual teams within complex matrix organizations

·     Demonstrated success in strategic sales enablement, key account management, and high-value customer engagement to successfully influence pipeline conversion.

·     Proven experience managing multi-site operational budgets, tracking ROI, and establishing data-driven performance cultures using KPIs.

·     Exceptional stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with outstanding presentation skills, capable of communicating, influencing, and coordinating with internal and external global stakeholders at all levels.
