Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Super Factory Operations to lead Neptune’s flagship facility, integrating warehouse logistics, manufacturing, and R&D functions. This role ensures operational excellence, drives innovation, and positions the Super Factory as the backbone of Neptune’s global robotics expansion.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute operational strategies for the Super Factory.
• Align operation, warehouse, and R&D priorities with corporate goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency and innovation.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, production planning, and resource allocation.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma practices to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

R&D Integration

• Direct R&D initiatives within the Super Factory, focusing on robotics and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and scale new technologies.
• Drive innovation projects that enhance Neptune’s competitive edge.

Supply Chain & Warehouse Oversight

• Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution processes.
• Introduce automation and digital solutions to streamline logistics.
• Ensure sustainability and cost efficiency in supply chain operations.

Talent Development

• Mentor and develop managers and engineers across operations and R&D.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Champion diversity, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s  degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in operartions, supply chain, or R&D leadership
• Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities and innovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, automation, and industrial engineering.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
