HR (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment functions, including WPOL processes for construction worker onboarding, offboarding, and monthly work permit renewals, managing around 10 staff.

• Manage staff dormitory-related matters.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a contractor environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
