Job Summary

Perform HVAC system (AHU/FCU) installation, repair, commissioning, and preventative maintenance with expertise in BMS to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to restore functionality and prevent downtime
• Install HVAC components for air handling units and fan coil units following technical specifications
• Commission and qualify HVAC systems to meet operational standards and compliance requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures
• Apply technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to execute repairs and system upgrades
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality in all tasks complying for CGMP and GDP
