HVAC technician

We are looking for a skilled and committed HVAC (Aircon) Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of local experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems like single , multi split system, VRV system , AHU, Ventilation system etc . This role requires 24/7 standby availability for on-call duties, including the flexibility to work on Sundays, public holidays, or midnight shifts to address urgent client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircon units and related equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and local regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician in the local market.
• Expertise in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Availability for 24/7 standby on-call duties, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts.
• Valid HVAC certification or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (preferred)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
