Import Export Operations Specialist

Sungrow Power Supply is hiring an Import / Export Operations Specialist to own and optimize cross‑border logistics for tripartite trade. You will design and execute logistics plans that connect suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas factories, ensure compliant customs documentation, manage international transport, and drive cost and process improvements across the import/export lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement end‑to‑end logistics plans for tripartite trade
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas factories to ensure smooth cross‑border operations
• Prepare and review full sets of customs clearance documents including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, certificates of origin and related paperwork, and ensure all documents meet regulatory and customer requirements
• Arrange international sea freight and other transport modes and monitor cargo in transit
• Proactively resolve logistics exceptions and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Update and maintain data in ERP and TMS with accuracy
• Prepare regular business and performance reports, and track KPIs and shipment metrics
• Develop international transport solutions by analyzing logistics costs regularly and recommend process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency
• Ensure customs compliance and implement controls to mitigate import/export risk

What You Can Bring to the Company

• At least 3 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations or freight forwarding, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manager relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (not mandatory, but good to have experience with TMS)
• With Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
• Professional attitude with strong responsibility and willingness to learn attitude
• Fluent in English and Chinese as this role requires to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
