Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Possess strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems related to the assigned job scope

• Work closely with Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues impacting the manufacturing process in a timely manner

• Support Management in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, operational plans, and strategies for new projects

• Promote teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within the organization

• Ensure compliance with the Quality objectives established within the area of responsibility

• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, flexibility, and productivity

• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement solutions that support customer commitments and operational goals

• Execute tasks in accordance with key operational metrics, including Quality, Production Volume, Process Capacity, Efficiency, Product Integrity, Product Certifications, New Product Introduction (NPI), Cost, and Inventory targets

• Prepare and generate performance reports for the assigned area of responsibility

• Participate in cycle time and capacity improvement initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders across departments

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment

• Proactive and committed to executing responsibilities in accordance with the company’s standards of conduct

• Possess effective communication skills to ensure clear and continuous communication internally and externally, minimizing misunderstandings and misaligned expectations

• Demonstrate responsibility, ownership, initiative, and leadership qualities

• Disciplined, punctual, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders
