Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing/ East Region)

Responsibilities: 

• Develop shop floor scheduling strategies to achieve planned production throughput.
• Define monthly WIP levels and production targets to optimize inventory days-on-hand.
• Analyze equipment capacity through time studies, material flow, and process/product requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve capacity, efficiency, and material flow.
• Develop strategies to manage yield and process time variations to meet customer demand.
• Schedule ingot growth based on product mix and equipment capacity.
• Coordinate ingot delivery planning to support international sites.
•  Adjust production starts and ingot plans according to specification changes and demand requirements.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing logistics processes and systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product costing.
• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in team management.
• Knowledge of C++ and Excel VBA is an advantage.
