Job Summary

Lead and manage complex projects in the oil & gas sector, focusing on structural components and procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer oil & gas projects involving structural components, piping, fittings, and valves to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational challenges and drive project completion on schedule
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance cost efficiency and improve product quality
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate suppliers to select optimal partners aligned with project requirements
• Negotiate and finalize vendor and supplier agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Monitor project milestones to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints
• Ensure all project activities comply with tender specifications and client requirements
• Manage multiple sales opportunities with strong attention to detail within a structured, multi-step approval process
• Apply opportunity qualification and pipeline management skills to support sales operations effectively
• Utilize knowledge of quote-to-order processes and internal sales workflows to optimize commercial support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support roles
• Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales support
• Familiarity with tender and bid processes
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• Highly organized with effective time and pipeline management skills
