IT Engineer ( Diagnostics Systems)

Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus

Working days and working hours: Weekdays and 8am to 5.30pm

Work Location: Tuas (Shuttle service provided- Joo Koon Mrt)

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications, servers, and platforms.

2. Analyse Python code, system logs, and performance metrics to resolve issues.

3. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, including upgrades, patching, and diagnostics.

4. Support OutSystems and Qlik Sense platforms to ensure system reliability.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in systems support, infrastructure, or IT operations.

• Strong skills in Python, Linux/Windows administration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with server hardware, system monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Exposure to OutSystems, Qlik Sense, automation, cloud, or virtualization technologies is a plus.
