IT Engineer (Fresh grads welcome!)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, virtual machines, storage, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services and infrastructure components.
• Support user administration, access management, and security-related activities.
• Perform system health checks, patching, backup verification, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in infrastructure monitoring, incident investigation, and problem resolution.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and implementation activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with senior engineers to ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server, Linux, networking, virtualization, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, or infrastructure monitoring tools will be beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Windows Server / Linux Administration
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Virtual Machines and Virtualization
• Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Microsoft 365
• Infrastructure Monitoring Tools
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting (basic knowledge is a plus)
