IT Operations Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to provide onsite technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT device and network connectivity problems to restore user productivity
• Support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, handheld computers), printers, label printers, copiers, and barcode/QR scanners
• Install, configure, and deploy new IT equipment and systems to meet organizational needs
• Support workplace devices including monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, audio-visual equipment, digital signage, display panels, and public address systems
• Provide basic support for network connectivity, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system access
• Assist users with system access and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle by tracking inventory, coordinating repairs, and overseeing equipment disposal
• Support IT procurement processes and coordinate equipment deployment efficiently
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles to support IT operations and user self-service

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or end-user support
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for IT devices and network connectivity
