IT Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project documentation and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Perform system and database setup, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server, and IT infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches, IP addressing, and network connectivity.
• Install, debug, and resolve system and IT-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems deployment or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, databases, networking, and system architecture.
• Experience with database setup, clustering, backup/recovery, migration, integration, monitoring, and data security.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.
• Familiarity with infrastructure services such as Active Directory, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, antivirus, patch management, and MDM.
• Experience supporting tender preparation and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, vulnerability assessment/VAPT, software development, access control systems, or high-availability technologies (e.g., failover clustering, NIC teaming) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills with good commercial awareness.
