Junior Engineer / Management Trainee (Engineering)

We are looking for passionate Junior Engineers / Management Trainees with an engineering background to join our team and grow with us in the offshore and marine industry.

This program is designed for individuals who are eager to learn not only hands-on servicing and operations, but also the engineering knowledge behind designing and building reliable deck machinery and hydraulic systems.

Under the guidance of experienced engineers, trainees will be exposed to:

• Equipment design concepts and engineering fundamentals
• How quality offshore machinery is designed, assembled, tested, and improved
• Practical workshop and onboard servicing experience
• Hydraulic and mechanical systems troubleshooting
• Real project coordination and engineering operations
• The full process from engineering design to machine fabrication and commissioning

We aim to develop future engineers and industry professionals with strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and an understanding of how to build dependable offshore equipment for real-world operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline
  (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Marine, etc.)
• Fresh graduates are welcome — full training will be provided
• Passionate to learn about offshore and marine engineering equipment
• Keen interest in automation, machinery design, fabrication, hydraulic systems, and engineering development
• Willing to learn how reliable deck machinery and offshore equipment are designed, assembled, tested, and improved
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to work in workshop, onboard vessels, and project environments
• Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn from experienced engineers
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or engineering drafting is an advantage but not compulsory
• Candidates with strong interest in long-term engineering and management development are encouraged to apply
