Job Description

1. Assist Sales Manager for the sales and marketing for local and overseas market and are required traveling overseas on regular basis to carry out duties.

2. Required to co-operate closely with all other department of the company in order for the contact and/ or project can be executed effectively and efficiently.

3. Assist Sales Manager decision making and overview the company daily operation to ensure the operation run smoothly.

4. Assist Sales Manager to preparing itinerary schedule before traveling to overseas, and contact to the person for arrangement for meeting.

5. Assist Sales Manager to monitor and ensure branch offices run smoothly for everything and keep report to the head quarter in routine basis.

6. Assist Sales Manager to prepare power point, company brochure, project reference etc. for presentation and generate commercial agreement and/ or technical agreement for meeting with clients.

7. Assist in decision making for procurement in searching, purchasing and negotiation of purchase and delivery terms of equipment and materials for production.

8. Able to read GA (general arrangement) to prepare material cost list and generate quotation, Technical specification, tender document etc. and reply to the enquiry of customer require.

9. Visit to the local shipyard frequently for gather more information on new project as well as the exiting project, and at the same time build up a good relationship between shipyard and the company.
