Lead Full Stack Developer (Urgent hiring!)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across both frontend and backend development, experience leading development teams, and a good understanding of cloud technologies and secure software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Lead and mentor developers while driving project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Implement secure coding practices and support DevSecOps initiatives.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Participate in agile development activities, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Support system integration with external platforms and government services where required.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading development teams or projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering applications for government-related projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IoT integration and data processing is a plus.
