Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

·      Lead the E&I engineeringfunction across semiconductor EPCM projects.

·      Establish engineering standardsand technical governance.

·      Review and approve engineeringdeliverables.

Engineering & Design

·      Lead engineering for MV, LV,ELV, PLC, SCADA, FMCS, BMS, Fire Alarm and Process Control systems.

·      Review SLDs, load lists, cableschedules, control philosophy and technical specifications.

Project Delivery

·      Support projects from proposalthrough commissioning.

·      Coordinate with ProjectManagers to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives.

·      Support procurement and resolveengineering issues.

Construction & Commissioning

·      Provide site engineeringsupport during installation.

·      Review FAT/SAT andcommissioning procedures.

·      Support start-up and projecthandover.

Technical Governance

·      Develop SOPs, standards andcontinuous improvement initiatives.

·      Ensure compliance with clientspecifications, regulations and QA/HSE requirements.

Team Leadership

·      Lead, mentor and developengineers.

·      Support recruitment, competencydevelopment and succession planning.

Business Development

·      Support technical proposals andcustomer presentations.

·      Develop supplier relationshipsand regional business growth.
