Lead Process Engineer (Full Product Lifecycle)

Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance manufacturing processes from NPI to EOL.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Process Engineers.
• Improve process stability, yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for sustaining engineering and CI initiatives.
• Maintain active shop-floor involvement and drive data-based problem solving.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Assembly, Equipment Engineering, and NPI teams.
• Support automation, lean manufacturing, and tech adoption efforts.
• Uphold safety, regulatory, and GMP standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronics or Systems Engineering
• 6–8 years of hands-on engineering experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• 2–4 years in a supervisory or technical lead role.
• Proven experience in sustaining engineering and full product lifecycle support.
• Familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or SPC tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation, lean methods, and continuous improvement.
