Maintenance Engineer (West/ Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues

·      Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

·      Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions in a timely manner

·      Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work

·      Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

·      Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels

·      Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures

·      Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field

·      Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially for semiconductor environment.

·      Hands-on technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

·      Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

·      Possess a good interest for equipment & data analytics using Python / Minitab.

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
