Job Summary

Lead and develop site-based maintenance and excellence teams to optimize automated handling system performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site-based Maintenance Team and Excellence Team to achieve operational goals
• Analyze automated handling system performance and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness
• Communicate performance metrics clearly within the team and to customers to align expectations and improvements
• Identify improvement opportunities in maintenance processes and develop actionable solutions
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize usage to support maintenance activities efficiently
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and tooling to track and support maintenance tasks
• Maintain continuous focus on Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Plan and manage maintenance team schedules to ensure optimal manpower and skill distribution
• Assign and distribute maintenance activities effectively to meet operational demands
• Rotate staff assignments to develop broader competencies and ensure adequate coverage
• Collaborate with operations management to assess and mitigate maintenance impacts on daily operations
• Methodically analyze and improve departmental processes, including people development and team performance
