MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Description

To lead, plan, prioritise and manage multiple maintenance activities andprojects. To prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’soverall resources are used effectively and that maintenance project deadlinesare met.

Responsibilities

• To lead the most complex or critical plantmaintenance projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• To evaluate and authorise changes thatsignificantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a plant maintenanceproject.
• To identify and resolve operational problems andminimise delays.
• nage on-going relationships with clients toensure business sustainability
• To attend all site meetings and attend to Client’sproject queries and requirements.
• To select, guide and develop a team of plantmaintenance team with operational responsibilities to ensure that theorganisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevantregulations.
• To ensure that organisation and governmentstandards on safety are met.
• To ensure customer quality specifications areconstantly met.
• To allocate capital and human resources to maximiseproductivity.
• To supervise and implement project expenses, otherassets and resources with budget.

Requirements

• Degree in MechanicalEngineering or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experiencein relevant field.
