Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the servicing, troubleshooting, and upkeep of our deployed security systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically inclined, and committed to delivering high-quality field service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing of installed systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems)

Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out repairs efficiently

Conduct system testing, commissioning support, and routine inspections

Provide on-site technical support and ensure timely issue resolution

Prepare service reports and documentation after each job

Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper system usage

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field

Able to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment

Willing to work on-site and travel across Singapore

Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility

Possess Class 3 driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

With or without relevant experience, on-the-job training will be provided
