• Up S$3,500 Basic + AWS (1 Month) + Bonus (Up to 2.5 Months)
• Night Shift Allowance: S$14 per Night
• Flexi Benefits: S$500 per Year
• Monday – Friday | Rotating Shift Every 2 Weeks
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Work Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize equipment downtime. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge who enjoy hands-on maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults.
• Repair or replace defective machine parts and components to restore equipment performance.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, greasing, and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and safe work practices.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician - Experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
