Job Description

-Participate in departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on different projects and initiatives.

-Learn and apply the best practices in engineering , manufacturing , quality assurance, sales and more.

-Analyze data, generate insights and contributes to continuous improvement efforts

-Take on increasing responsibility as you progress through the programme.

-Develop a managerial skill and leadership through structured training programme

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering.

-Strong problem solving and analytical skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisation skills and able to handle multiple task effectively.
