Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations Management

• Manage daily IT operations and ensure business continuity.
• Oversee servers, networks, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure IT services meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team.
• Allocate resources and manage workloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

3. IT Strategy & Planning

• Develop annual IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Recommend new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets and technology investments.
• Plan infrastructure upgrades and system enhancements.

4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate incident response.
• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and security awareness training.

5. Vendor & Project Management

• Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Lead IT implementation projects from planning through deployment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

6. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage software licensing and asset inventories.

7. Stakeholder Support

• Partner with department heads to understand business requirements.
• Provide technology recommendations to improve productivity.
• Communicate project progress and IT performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–8 years of IT experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT projects.
