MANAGER (ELECTRICAL – Commercial/Hospital Project)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of all project phases.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to review designs and implement execution and recovery plans when needed.

• Support Project Manager in contract administration, including claims, variations, disputes, and final account matters.

• Supervise and guide project staff, including on-the-job training and performance monitoring.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on project timelines, milestones, and targets.

• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety requirements and MOM WSHA regulations across all site activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience in M&E services.

• Strong knowledge of codes of practice and M&E systems.

• Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor certification.

• Strong technical competency in project execution and coordination.
