M&E PROJECT ENGINEER [Up to $6K !! 5 Days] (JTYJV)

M&E Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday)
• Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
• 1 working at future project, at Serangoon, at least 5 years’ experience, salary $4500 - $6100
• 1 working at Jurong West project site, at least 3 years’ experience, salary up to $5400

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 3-5 years in M&E services & Experience in Main Contractor or Sub contractor M&E Department

Job scope:

• To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shopdrawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence to avoid clashes of site activities.
• To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit to work.
• To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities’ inspection.
