M&E Project Engineer X BIM Drafter

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry inSingapore
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM modelling will be an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate M&E works on construction projects
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, BIM/Revit models, as-built drawings, andconstruction drawings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Assist in project documentation, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover

WORKING LOCATION-(Island-wide, depending on project location)
